Hello! I’m Alejandra Maddox. I’ve spent more than fifteen years designing custom wedding cakes in Central Florida.

Born and raised in Bolivia, my passion for pastry began early. I studied culinary arts in Santiago, Chile, then hospitality and tourism back home in Bolivia. In 2002, I moved to Orlando and began my hospitality career with Loews Hotels at Portofino Bay, later working with Marriott, Rosen Hotels, and other renowned properties.

In 2010, I followed my dream of building something of my own, and Everything Cake was born.

Much of my business has grown through the kind referrals of past couples, wedding planners, and venues who trusted me to be part of their celebrations. I’m grateful for every one of them.

I love creating elegant, artistic cakes. But what I treasure most is the relationship I build with my couples along the way.

From our first conversation and private tasting to delivery and setup on your wedding day, my goal is to make the experience feel personal, enjoyable, and meaningful. I want you to feel confident that your cake is in good hands and that every detail has been considered.

When I’m not designing cakes, I’m with my daughter Leah, our rescue pup Ellie, and my partner — who is also part of the Everything Cake team, often lending a hand with deliveries and everything that happens behind the scenes. I play tennis, and my Bolivian and Chilean roots and large extended family remain a big part of who I am.
